Riverside Construction was started by two craftsmen, Coby Voyles and Hunter Tichy, in the fall of 2023 with a determined mission: deliver quality craftsmanship, honest communication, and genuine care to every client.

Coby grew up in the Chattanooga area and attended Covenant College on Lookout Mountain. While in college, he worked with a local contractor and discovered a desire to build a business worth putting his name behind. After graduating with a degree in Community Development, Coby teamed up with Hunter to start Riverside in the fall of 2023.
Coby catches the details and brings a vision for excellence to the team. He leads the crew alongside Hunter with the conviction that how you treat people on a site matters as much as how the work turns out.
Living in Chattanooga, Coby enjoys spending time outdoors running, cycling, and disc golfing. He also loves to spend time with friends and family.
Hunter, Co-Founder of Riverside, has been involved in construction as far back as he can remember. He landed his first job swinging a hammer at age twelve and never looked back. He went on to graduate from Covenant College with a bachelor's in Business Finance and a minor in Economics. Always entrepreneurial at heart, he partnered with Coby to launch Riverside Construction in 2023. Hunter values hard work, craftsmanship, and community leadership. He lives locally with his wife, Anna, and their daughter, Magnolia.
Gavin currently lives in Chattanooga, Tennessee, having graduated from Covenant College with a major in Business and a minor in Entrepreneurship in May of 2026. Growing up in Illinois, he worked in a variety of hands-on roles, remodeling parts of his childhood home with his dad and doing self-contracted work, where his passion for construction grew.
He has an eye for detail and loves creating well-designed, beautiful spaces that attract the eye. He loves people, entrepreneurship, problem-solving, grit, and creating lasting beauty in his work.
He is currently engaged to his fiancée, Lucy Mae Benson, and when he is off work, you will find him with friends, running, lifting, or on a call.
